Jimmy Breslin letter
Jimmy Breslin letter
Has anyone noticed how difficult it is to find a complete copy of the actual second letter? I've seen it transcribed in the various books but when it comes to the actual handwritten letter, typically only the last page, and occasionally the opening page, is shown. I believe the complete letter is 4 pages. Wonder if something was withheld from the public. I also see a distinct difference between the hand writing in each of the two separate letters. Does not look to me like the same person wrote both of them. Surprisingly, I've never seen this question raised before.
Re: Jimmy Breslin letter
You are right, of all the letters that is one I have yet to see. it could be due to the distinct handwriting differences compared to the other letters. Maybe someone else can chime in?

Years later....
And here is the most frustrating part - when I see that last page in internet searches, or part of the last page that drops all the hints - John ‘Wheaties’ - rapist and suffocator of young girls, etc., the caption will sometimes say that this is the portion of the Breslin letter withheld by the police from the press (I’m guessing they needed time to try to make some sense of what the statements might have meant), but now it’s the only part of the letter that you CAN see - WTF is that? They briefly showed some other parts of the handwritten letter in the Netflix show, and screenshots of that do turn up in a Google images search, which also suggests that the other pages are otherwise elusive for whatever reason. I know I’ve seen the complete letter in years past, just can’t seem to find it anymore. It’s not that I think there’s anything left out of the transcript, I just like the idea of studying and looking for any possible clues or hints on the actual written letter itself.

Re: Jimmy Breslin letter
I was looking for complete copies of the Breslin letter and found little, well a lot of pieces. Maybe that could be done in some way, sew them together. I found this very strange site/document I'm not quite sure what to make of it. It does say "Three fictions" but I thought it was an interesting read.
